  Pastor John Collins told his congregation that he doesn’t want them to have televisions, doesn’t want them to watch DVDs, doesn’t want them to listen to CDs from any other religious organization because they might get confused. He said this standing in a sanctuary with no windows so that no light comes in from outside. The metaphor was perfect.
